Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary

We celebrated our Parish’s Feast Day, the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, last Monday night. The portrait of the Angel Gabriel announcing to the Blessed Virgin Mary that she would become the Mother of the Son of God, was adorned with flowers.
As Mary said yes to God, may we strive to say yes to being the best Catholics that we can be and share our faith, by word and example, with everyone we meet.
Our favorite Fathers were preparing to feast on cake to celebrate this wonderful occasion.
